Back in Motion is different from traditional physical therapy clinics. Minimize
At Back in Motion every treatment session starts with a diagnostic evaluation that drives what happens in that day’s session. The evaluation is based on how well you are responding to therapy, so we can focus on your specific current needs. In addition, at each visit we will determine how well you function by testing your mobility. When needed spinal and peripheral manipulations are performed to restore lost mobility.
Each session will always focus on how you are doing that day. The selected exercises are based on your goals and the activities that you want to get back to. Exercises are done within a pain-free range and have multi-directional movements to strengthen all the muscle fibers in a group. The exercises are designed to replicate everyday movements that you make on the job, at home, and in recreation to restore you to full functioning as soon as possible. We work with you to prevent loss of mobility by developing fitness- and wellness-oriented programs for healthier and more active lifestyles. We’re different because our focus is getting you Back in Motion!
